    Heat the oven to 400°F. Mix the turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, onion, Worcestershire, seasoning, and 3/4 teaspoon salt.

    Shape into a 9-by-5-inch loaf on a parchment-lined sheet pan.

    Stir the ketchup, mustard, and brown sugar. Brush half over the loaf and bake for 25 minutes.

    Brush with the remaining glaze and bake until the center reaches 165°F, 12 to 18 minutes more. Rest for 8 minutes.
